《勞動合同法》修訂實施可能對勞務(wù)派遣用工的影響

【摘要】：正《勞動合同法(修正案)》(以下簡稱《修正案》)的出臺并通過必將有力地推動勞務(wù)派遣用工的進一步規(guī)范。鑒于影響勞務(wù)派遣用工的因素復(fù)雜多樣,也不排除該法實施后可能會出現(xiàn)一些新問題。本文將結(jié)合實地調(diào)研從正反兩方面對法律修改后可能給勞務(wù)派遣用工帶來的變化進行分析。一、《修正案》將促使目前勞務(wù)派遣用工數(shù)量有所減少1.《修正案》關(guān)于"三性"的規(guī)定,將迫使部分單位壓縮一定的勞務(wù)派遣工使用規(guī)模�！缎拚浮愤M一步明確了"三性"的運用范圍。規(guī)定勞務(wù)派遣"只能"在"三性"崗位上實施,并規(guī)定"臨時
[Abstract]:The introduction and adoption of the Labor contract Law (Amendment) is bound to push forward the further regulation of labor dispatch. In view of the complexity and diversity of the factors affecting the labor dispatch, some new problems may appear after the implementation of the law. This article will combine the field investigation to analyze the changes that the law may bring to the labor dispatch from the positive and negative aspects.
