【摘要】：聯(lián)合國人權(quán)理事會UPR對殘疾人權(quán)利的主流化體現(xiàn)了聯(lián)合國人權(quán)理事會在殘疾人權(quán)利主流化進程中所發(fā)揮的獨特作用。UPR多維度審視聯(lián)合國所有成員國的殘疾人權(quán)利保護狀態(tài),強化聯(lián)合國系統(tǒng)、國家以及非政府組織將殘疾人權(quán)利納入發(fā)展議程的理念,監(jiān)督各國在國內(nèi)和國際層面促進殘疾人主流化的進程,通過后續(xù)行動為各成員國推進殘疾人權(quán)利主流化能力建設(shè)提供財政和技術(shù)支持,并全面促進殘疾人權(quán)利納入發(fā)展議程的主流。
[Abstract]:The mainstreaming of the rights of persons with disabilities by UPR of the United Nations Human Rights Council reflects the unique role played by the Human Rights Council in the process of mainstreaming the rights of persons with disabilities. UPR examines the status of the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities in all member States of the United Nations. Strengthening the concept of the United Nations system, States and non-governmental organizations to integrate the rights of persons with disabilities into the development agenda and to oversee national and international mainstreaming processes for persons with disabilities, To provide financial and technical support to member States for capacity-building in mainstreaming the rights of persons with disabilities through follow-up and to promote the mainstreaming of the rights of persons with disabilities in the development agenda in general.
