【摘要】：正經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)利是國際人權(quán)法中的一個重要概念,公民權(quán)利以及經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、社會、文化權(quán)利都是人權(quán)理論的組成元素。多年來,學(xué)術(shù)界對經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)利的研究尚有許多爭議,對經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)利基本理論框架的構(gòu)建尚不完備,由王方玉博士所著的《人權(quán)視野下的經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)利研究》(北京大學(xué)出版社2015年10月出版)一書,以人權(quán)理論作為研究論域,詳解了經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)利之于人權(quán)、之于社會公平正義的重要性以及開展經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)利專門性研究的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,并對經(jīng)
[Abstract]:Positive economic rights are an important concept in international human rights law. Civil rights, as well as economic, political, social and cultural rights are all the elements of human rights theory. Over the years, there have been many controversies in the research of economic rights in academic circles, and the construction of the basic theoretical framework of economic rights has not yet been completed. The study of Economic Rights in the Perspective of Human Rights, by Dr. Wang Fangyu (published by Peking University Press in October 2015), takes the theory of human rights as the research domain, and explains in detail the role of economic rights in human rights. The importance of social equity and justice, the theoretical value and practical significance of the special research on economic rights, and its significance to the classics.
