【摘要】：正"二戰(zhàn)"結(jié)束不久,為懲處戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)罪犯、重建戰(zhàn)后世界秩序、伸張正義與維護(hù)世界和平,中、美、蘇等11個(gè)同盟國(guó)依據(jù)《波茨坦公告》,在日本東京設(shè)立遠(yuǎn)東國(guó)際軍事法庭,對(duì)日本甲級(jí)戰(zhàn)犯進(jìn)行審判(簡(jiǎn)稱東京審判)。在紀(jì)念世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和中國(guó)人民抗戰(zhàn)勝利70周年前夕,上海交通大學(xué)出版社與國(guó)家圖書(shū)館出版社聯(lián)合出版的東京審判出版工程第二期——《遠(yuǎn)東國(guó)際軍事法庭證據(jù)文獻(xiàn)集成》(含《索引、附錄》),令鐵證重現(xiàn),讓史實(shí)發(fā)言,對(duì)中
[Abstract]:Shortly after the end of World War II, in order to punish war criminals, rebuild the post-war world order, uphold justice and safeguard world peace, China, the United States, the Soviet Union, and other 11 allies set up the International military Tribunal for the far East in Tokyo, Japan, in accordance with the Potsdam Proclamation. The trial of Japanese Class A war criminals (the Tokyo trial for short). On the eve of the 70th anniversary of the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War and the Chinese people's War of Resistance against Japanese aggression, Shanghai Jiaotong University Press and National Library Press jointly published the second phase of the Tokyo trial and publication Project-"the Integration of evidence documents of the International military Tribunal of the far East" (including "Index, Appendix"), which reproduces the ironclad evidence and allows the historical facts to speak.
