【摘要】：難民問(wèn)題自古以來(lái)便是國(guó)際法上的難題。隨著國(guó)際形勢(shì)的動(dòng)蕩與世界環(huán)境的惡化,難民問(wèn)題越來(lái)越突出,亟需探討和解決。本文通過(guò)對(duì)難民的定義、難民的權(quán)利及保護(hù)原則,尤其是難民不推回原則進(jìn)行研究和分析,挖掘解決難民問(wèn)題的困難所在,并有針對(duì)性地提出解決難民問(wèn)題的方法,即需要包括難民國(guó)籍國(guó)、接收國(guó)在內(nèi)的世界各國(guó)通力合作、不斷努力。
[Abstract]:The problem of refugees has been a difficult problem in international law since ancient times. With the turbulence of the international situation and the deterioration of the world environment, the refugee problem is more and more prominent. Through the study and analysis of the definition of refugees, the principles of refugee rights and protection, especially the principle of non-refoulement of refugees, this paper explores the difficulties in solving refugee problems, and puts forward solutions to the problems of refugees. That is, countries around the world, including countries of refugee nationality and host countries, need to cooperate and continue to work together.
