【摘要】：在中國現(xiàn)階段的種種邊疆問題中,海權(quán)問題堪稱"丟不得、談不攏、打不得"的難題。因此,主張通過深刻認識海權(quán)的內(nèi)涵與意義;透徹了解中國對海權(quán)的需求與期盼;清醒分析南海問題對海權(quán)的影響與沖擊;認真弄清釣魚島問題對海權(quán)的損傷與危害;積極制定維護中國海權(quán)的戰(zhàn)略與戰(zhàn)術(shù)等辦法來治理好這一難題。
[Abstract]:Among all the frontier problems in China at present, the issue of sea power is a difficult problem. Therefore, it is advocated that the connotation and significance of sea power be deeply understood; the demand and expectation for sea power in China be thoroughly understood; the influence and impact of the South China Sea issue on sea power be soberly analyzed; and the damage and harm to sea power caused by the Diaoyu Island problem be made clear seriously. Actively formulate strategies and tactics to protect China's maritime power to deal with this problem.
