【摘要】：外派船員對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展作出重要貢獻(xiàn),卻成為權(quán)益最易受到侵害的群體之一。我國現(xiàn)有的法律體系并不能發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的保護(hù)作用,影響到船員職業(yè)的整體健康發(fā)展。應(yīng)探索建立以海事仲裁為中心的綜合解決方案,解決這一難題。
[Abstract]:Expatriate crew members make important contributions to China's economic and social development, but become one of the most vulnerable groups. The existing legal system of our country can not play its proper protective role, which affects the healthy development of crew occupation as a whole. To solve this problem, we should explore a comprehensive solution centered on maritime arbitration.
