【摘要】：《巴黎協(xié)定》的正式生效使得全球環(huán)境治理進(jìn)入履約階段,但在英國脫歐和美國退出協(xié)定這一新的國際形勢(shì)下,協(xié)定的落實(shí)仍面臨著眾多挑戰(zhàn)與不確定性。在這一背景下,國際環(huán)境智庫和國外代表性學(xué)者都對(duì)《巴黎協(xié)定》的履約前景進(jìn)行了深入的分析,并對(duì)協(xié)定的有效落實(shí)提出了適當(dāng)預(yù)測(cè)與建議。梳理和分析學(xué)術(shù)界近期對(duì)《巴黎協(xié)定》前景的判斷,有利于我們把握協(xié)定履約前景的大趨勢(shì),為中國的相關(guān)研究和政策制定提供必要的參考。
[Abstract]:The entry into force of Paris Agreement makes the global environmental governance enter into the stage of implementation. However, under the new international situation of Brexit from the European Union and the withdrawal of the United States, the implementation of the Agreement is still facing many challenges and uncertainties.Under this background, the international environmental think-tank and the representative foreign scholars have carried on the thorough analysis to the implementation prospect of the Paris Accord, and have put forward the appropriate forecast and the suggestion to the effective implementation of the Agreement.It is helpful for us to grasp the general trend of the prospect of the implementation of the Paris Accord and to provide the necessary reference for the relevant research and policy making in China by combing and analyzing the recent judgment of the prospect of Paris Accord in academic circles.
