【摘要】：外空領域的國際合作開展得如火如荼,此類合作可以在不同的層次、不同的領域展開。亞太地區(qū)一直以來注重外空活動的合作,但迄今為止,還沒有一個區(qū)域性的機構涉足空間法的合作。建立亞太空間法中心的提議正是對此需求做出的一個回應,希望該中心的建立能夠促進亞太地區(qū)空間法的教學和研究。此中心應該是獨立、中立的學術機構;至于建立的模式,認為在沒有一個其他更好的平臺的情況下,亞太空間合作組織下設空間法中心不失為次好方案。并以此為契機,進一步推動區(qū)域空間法的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:International cooperation in outer space is in full swing and can be carried out at different levels and in different fields.Asia-Pacific has always focused on cooperation in space activities, but so far, no regional agency has been involved in space law cooperation.The proposal to establish the Asia-Pacific Centre for Space Law was a response to that need, and it was hoped that the establishment of the Centre would promote the teaching and research of space law in the Asia-Pacific region.The center should be an independent and neutral academic institution; as for the established model, the establishment of a space law centre under APSCO is considered to be a second best option in the absence of a better platform.And take this as an opportunity to further promote the development of regional space law.
