【摘要】：2010年是簽訂"日韓合并條約"一百周年。在"日韓合并"到二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束之后的這一段歷史時期,日本根據(jù)"日韓合并條約"和"法務(wù)省民事局局長通報(bào)"先后兩次剝奪了朝鮮人的國籍,進(jìn)行了人權(quán)侵害。21世紀(jì)前后,《日本國籍法》的兩次修改在一定程度上保障了在日朝鮮人的人格和權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:2010 marks the 100 anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on the Unification of Japan and the Republic of Korea. Japan, in accordance with the Treaty on the Unification of Japan and the ROK and the notice of the Director of the Civil Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Justice, twice deprived Koreans of their nationality. Two amendments to the Japanese nationality Law have guaranteed the personality and rights of Koreans in Japan to a certain extent.
