【摘要】：正 《中華人民共和國(guó)證券法》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《證券法》)的頒布,是我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)法制建設(shè)的一件大事,對(duì)我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)和整個(gè)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的積極作用在于它具有現(xiàn)實(shí)適應(yīng)性、可操作性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范性。一、《證券法》具有現(xiàn)實(shí)適應(yīng)性 1.對(duì)現(xiàn)行法規(guī)的適應(yīng)性。我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)經(jīng)過十多年的發(fā)展,不僅擁有了800多家上市公司、幾千萬投資者,還出臺(tái)了《公司法》、《股票發(fā)行與交易管理暫行條例》、深滬《證券交易所上市規(guī)則》等一系列法規(guī)
