【摘要】：我國新《公司法》的一大亮點(diǎn)即是加強(qiáng)了對公司董事權(quán)力的制衡,但仍不乏缺憾。本文從新《公司法》出發(fā),探討了新《公司法》在公司董事權(quán)力制衡方面的成功、缺憾與完善。
[Abstract]:One of the highlights of our new Company Law is to strengthen the checks and balances on the power of company directors, but there are still some shortcomings. Starting from the new Company Law, this paper discusses the success, imperfection and perfection of the new Company Law in the balance of directors' power.
