【摘要】：正外部審計主要基于審計契約關系、公司法、注冊會計師法、證券法等法律法規(guī)、審計準則和職業(yè)道德守則等發(fā)揮在公司治理中的作用。正如公司治理本身一樣,外部審計在公司治理中的作用發(fā)揮也受制于契約及法律與規(guī)則的不完全性、外部經(jīng)濟社會環(huán)境和公司治理環(huán)境、注冊會計師的職業(yè)道德水平和盡職盡責的專業(yè)精神等因素。一、尚待注冊會計師在經(jīng)歷特殊發(fā)展歷程之后對社會審計的清晰認識與定位中國注冊會計師的發(fā)展具有起步晚,相伴政府主導
[Abstract]:The positive external audit is mainly based on the audit contract relationship, company law, CPA law, securities law and other laws and regulations, auditing standards and professional ethics rules and so on to play a role in corporate governance. Just like corporate governance itself, the role of external audit in corporate governance is also constrained by the incompleteness of contracts and laws and rules, the external economic and social environment and the corporate governance environment. The level of professional ethics and due diligence of certified public accountants and other factors. First, the development of certified public accountants in China has a late start and accompanied by the government leading the development of certified public accountants after experiencing a special development process of a clear understanding and positioning of social auditing.
