【摘要】：《公司法》框架體系內(nèi),經(jīng)濟(jì)特異性與組織獨(dú)立性特點(diǎn)研究的開展,是當(dāng)前公司法制管理研究的主要內(nèi)容。本文以二者概念、異同性為研究切入點(diǎn),利用公司經(jīng)營實(shí)踐分析,開展了專項(xiàng)研究工作。這一研究的開展,可以為公司管理發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新提供支持。
[Abstract]:In the framework of Company Law, the research on the characteristics of economic specificity and organizational independence is the main content of the current research on the legal management of companies. In this paper, the concept of the two, differences as the starting point of research, the use of corporate practice analysis, carried out a special research work. This research can support management development and innovation.
