【摘要】：文章論述了母公司對(duì)子公司的財(cái)務(wù)控制體現(xiàn)在實(shí)施財(cái)務(wù)委派制,遵守《公司法》,避免濫用股東權(quán)造成的人格混同及子公司健全內(nèi)控制度、加強(qiáng)審計(jì)監(jiān)督四方面。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses that the financial control of the subsidiary company of the parent company is embodied in the following four aspects: implementing the financial appointment system, abiding by the Company Law, avoiding the personality confusion caused by the abuse of the shareholder's right, perfecting the internal control system of the subsidiary company, and strengthening the audit supervision.
