【摘要】：正我國頒布的《公司法》把國家單獨出資設立的公司列為有限責任公司的一種形式,即國家獨資有限責任公司。從當前建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度試點的現(xiàn)實情況看,大多數(shù)國有企業(yè)投資主體單一,將會改組成國家獨資有限責任公司。在西方國家,獨資有限責任公司是西方公司制度的后起之秀,近來已得到了其國家法律上的認可,并取得了較好的效果。我國實行國家獨
[Abstract]:The Company Law promulgated by our country lists the company set up by the state separately as a form of limited liability company, that is, the sole proprietorship limited liability company. Most state-owned enterprises have a single investment body and will be reorganized into sole proprietorship limited liability companies. In western countries, sole proprietorship limited liability companies are the rising stars of the western company system and have recently been recognized by their national laws. Good results have been achieved.
