【摘要】：正 《首次公開發(fā)行股票并上市管理辦法》已經(jīng)2006年4月26日中國證券監(jiān)督管理委員會第178次主席辦公會議審議通過,現(xiàn)予公布,自2006年5月18日起施行。中國證券監(jiān)督管理委員會主席尚福林2006年5月17日首次公開發(fā)行股票并上市管理辦法第一章總則第一條為了規(guī)范首次公開發(fā)行股票并上市的行為,保護(hù)投資者的合法權(quán)益和社會公共利益,根據(jù)《證券法》、《公司法》,制定本辦法。
[Abstract]:The "measures for the Administration of initial Public offering and listing" has been deliberated and approved by the 178th Chairman's Office meeting of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on April 26th 2006 and is hereby promulgated. Effective from May 18th 2006. Shang Fulin, chairman of the china securities regulatory commission, issued shares on May 17th 2006. Chapter 1. General rules for regulating the first time. The act of issuing shares and listing them publicly. These measures are formulated in accordance with the Securities Law and the Company Law to protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors and public interests.
