【摘要】：正2000年7月1日施行的立法法第九十條規(guī)定,"國務(wù)院、中央軍事委員會、最高人民法院、最高人民檢察院和各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市的人民代表大會常務(wù)委員會認(rèn)為行政法規(guī)、地方性法規(guī)、自治條例和單行條例同憲法或者法律相抵觸的,可以向全國人民代表大會常務(wù)委員會書面提出進(jìn)行審查的要求,由常務(wù)委員會工作機(jī)構(gòu)分送有關(guān)的專門委員會
