【摘要】：正伴隨民間金融交往的活躍,民間借貸糾紛、訴訟明顯增多,不服人民法院對民間借貸糾紛審判結(jié)果而向檢察機(jī)關(guān)進(jìn)行申訴的案件數(shù)量也顯著增多。針對不斷增加的民間借貸申訴案件,特別是修改后民事訴訟即將實(shí)施,民行檢察部門應(yīng)著力提高辦理此類申訴案件的質(zhì)量,積極發(fā)揮民行檢察職能作用,引導(dǎo)并推動(dòng)民間金融活動(dòng)的健康發(fā)展�？偟膩碚f,民間借貸糾紛案
