【摘要】：正2015年9月,最高人民檢察院《關(guān)于完善人民檢察院司法責(zé)任制的若干意見》已對檢察官司法責(zé)任制作出體系化的具體規(guī)定,但從當(dāng)前的司法現(xiàn)狀來看,檢察官司法責(zé)任制尚須完善。應(yīng)進(jìn)一步規(guī)劃合理協(xié)調(diào)的檢察官司法責(zé)任體系,建立健全科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)高效的追責(zé)機制。一、檢察官司法責(zé)任層次之劃分。檢察官司法責(zé)任體系應(yīng)有層次性,可以劃分為由輕到重逐級
