【摘要】：圍繞地方各級法院的法官任免程序問題,目前主要有兩種改革方案,方案一是"省級任免",方案二是"省級提名、分級任免"。本文圍繞兩種方案的優(yōu)缺點進(jìn)行深入分析,提出應(yīng)采取"省級任免"改革方案,并給出論證理由。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了六個方面的配套措施,為順利推進(jìn)改革建言獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:At present, there are two kinds of reform schemes concerning the procedure of appointment and removal of judges in local courts at all levels, one is "appointment and removal at the provincial level", and the other is "nomination at the provincial level, appointment or removal at different levels." this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the merits and demerits of the two schemes. This paper puts forward the reform scheme of "appointment and removal at the provincial level", and gives the reasons for argumentation. On this basis, it puts forward six supporting measures to make suggestions for the smooth advancement of the reform.
