【摘要】：正價(jià)格戰(zhàn)的結(jié)果,或許并不是某家零售商奠定在電子書(shū)市場(chǎng)的壟斷地位,更可能是零售商不斷擠壓出版商的利潤(rùn)空間,數(shù)字版權(quán)的低收益進(jìn)而影響到優(yōu)秀作者對(duì)于電子書(shū)的授權(quán)意愿。2012年初,當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)、京東商城兩家網(wǎng)絡(luò)書(shū)店的子書(shū)銷(xiāo)售平臺(tái)正式上線,真正意義上的中國(guó)電子書(shū)時(shí)代拉開(kāi)了序幕。國(guó)內(nèi)各家出版社的版權(quán)部門(mén)也跟著忙碌起來(lái),與作者修改出版合同,增加電子書(shū)的條款,商討版稅分成;與銷(xiāo)售平臺(tái)修改合同,增加電子書(shū)的銷(xiāo)售條款。未來(lái)的圖書(shū)出版和銷(xiāo)售合同應(yīng)該是什么樣子的?數(shù)字版權(quán)的"游戲規(guī)則"究竟又是什么?筆
[Abstract]:As a result of the price war, it may not be that a retailer has established a monopoly in the e-book market, but rather that the retailer is constantly squeezing the publishers' profit margins. In early 2012, Dangdang, JingDong Mall, two online bookstores of sub-book sales platform officially launched, the true meaning of the Chinese e-book era kicked off. The copyright departments of domestic publishing houses are also busy, revising the publishing contracts with the authors, increasing the terms of the e-books and discussing royalties; revising the contracts with the sales platforms to increase the terms of the sales of e-books.
