【摘要】：正對(duì)"法治中國(guó)"應(yīng)作出符合時(shí)代要求的嶄新詮釋其一,法治中國(guó)是人類法治文明的"繼承版"。法治是政治文明發(fā)展到一定歷史階段的標(biāo)志,凝結(jié)著人類智慧,為各國(guó)人民所向往和追求。改革開放是決定當(dāng)代中國(guó)命運(yùn)的關(guān)鍵抉擇,全面深化改革是新時(shí)期決定黨和國(guó)家事業(yè)發(fā)展全局的重大戰(zhàn)略部署�？梢栽O(shè)想,未來之改革必定滋養(yǎng)于法治,未來之中國(guó)必定享譽(yù)于法治的成就,未來之人民必定受益于法治中國(guó)建設(shè)的紅利。
[Abstract]:One of the new interpretations of "China under the rule of law" should meet the requirements of the times. China ruled by law is the "inheritance version" of human civilization of rule of law. The rule of law is the symbol of the development of political civilization to a certain historical stage, which condenses human wisdom and is yearned for and pursued by the people of all countries. Reform and opening to the outside world is the key choice to decide the destiny of contemporary China. To deepen the reform in an all-round way is an important strategic arrangement in the new period to determine the overall situation of the development of the party and the state. It can be assumed that the future reform will nourish the rule of law, the future China will enjoy a reputation for the achievements of the rule of law, and the people of the future will benefit from the dividend of the construction of China ruled by law.
