【摘要】：2010年甘肅省張掖市臨澤縣新發(fā)現(xiàn)成冊簡牘一批,通過對其文本內(nèi)容的釋讀,可以判斷這是一份西晉愍帝建興元年十二月間張掖郡臨澤縣地方政府對一起"兄弟爭田"民事案件的審理記錄。該簡牘文書篇幅較長,幾乎完整地記錄了西晉晚期一次民事經(jīng)濟糾紛案件的審理過程。簡文內(nèi)容涉及漢晉時期占田制度、家庭與宗法制度、占物入官制度等若干經(jīng)濟史問題,對于兩漢魏晉南北朝時期的經(jīng)濟史研究,具有無可替代的史料價值。
[Abstract]:In 2010, in Linze County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, a batch of newly discovered booklets were found, and through the interpretation of the contents of their texts, It can be judged that this is a record of the trial of a civil case of "brother fighting for farmland" by the local government of Linze County, Zhangye County in December of the first year of Jianxing. The paper is a long document, almost complete record of a civil and economic disputes in the late Western Jin Dynasty trial process. The content of the brief works involves a number of economic history problems, such as the system of occupation of farmland, the system of family and patriarchal clan, the system of taking things into the official system, and so on, which has irreplaceable historical value for the study of economic history in the period of Han, Wei, Jin and Southern and Northern dynasties.
