【摘要】：正張文顯教授根據(jù)十八大以來黨和國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人有關(guān)法治建設(shè)的系列最新表述,提出開展對(duì)"法治中國(guó)"問題的研究,筆者對(duì)此非常贊成。正如張文顯教授所指出的,法治中國(guó)的內(nèi)涵,比法治國(guó)家更為明確,將法治國(guó)家概念中所包含的法治政府、法治政黨、法治社會(huì)三個(gè)層面的內(nèi)容,更為清晰地展示出來。筆者也認(rèn)為,"法治中國(guó)"的提法,是對(duì)法治國(guó)家概念的深入解讀,針對(duì)性很強(qiáng)。下面,本文將從我國(guó)法治建設(shè)實(shí)際情況出發(fā),分析這幾個(gè)問題之間的邏輯關(guān)聯(lián),從而厘清"法治中國(guó)"的邏輯理路。
[Abstract]:Professor Zhang Wenxian puts forward the research on the issue of "ruling by law" according to a series of latest statements about the construction of the rule of law made by the leaders of the Party and the state since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, and the author agrees with it very much. As pointed out by Professor Zhang Wenxian, the connotation of China under the rule of law is clearer than that of a country ruled by law, and the contents of the concept of a country governed by law, including the government by law, political parties and society governed by law, are more clearly displayed. The author also believes that the formulation of "China ruled by law" is a thorough interpretation of the concept of a country ruled by law, with strong pertinence. Next, this article will proceed from our country rule of law construction actual situation, analyzes these several questions between logic relations, thus clarifies "rule by law China" the logic rational road.
