【摘要】：正大家好!非常感謝人文與發(fā)展學(xué)院邀請(qǐng)我到這里來跟大家交流一些我自己的看法。我特別忙:忙著思想,忙著讀書。但其實(shí)坦率地講,我對(duì)農(nóng)村的關(guān)注是不夠的,在你們面前就更差。我講我對(duì)農(nóng)村不太關(guān)注的原因,不是說農(nóng)村不重要,是講我的研究背后的那個(gè)知識(shí)的資源(intellectual support)。不過,因?yàn)槲以?jīng)在研究中國(guó)法學(xué)的時(shí)候,對(duì)中國(guó)法律都市化的性質(zhì)做過非常認(rèn)真而嚴(yán)肅的思考,所以想跟大家分享一下:從這個(gè)視角來看,中國(guó)
