【摘要】：正黨的十八大把"依法治國(guó)基本方略全面落實(shí)"列為全面建成小康社會(huì)的目標(biāo)要求,再次申明了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨厲行法治的戰(zhàn)略決策。提出依法治國(guó)方略16年來(lái),我國(guó)社會(huì)主義法治建設(shè)取得長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步,特別是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法律體系如期形成,標(biāo)志著依法治國(guó)、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China listed "the basic strategy of governing the country according to law" as the goal requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and once again affirmed the strategic decision of the Communist Party of China to enforce the rule of law. In the past 16 years, great progress has been made in the construction of socialist rule of law in China, especially in the formation of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics as scheduled, which marks the rule of law and the construction of a socialist country ruled by law.
