【摘要】：正葛洪義,男,1960年2月生,浙江寧海人。1984年獲西北政法學(xué)院法律專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位。1987年研究生畢業(yè)于西北政法學(xué)院法學(xué)理論專業(yè),獲法學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。2002年在職取得中國社會科學(xué)院研究生院法學(xué)博士學(xué)位。1987年至2004年6月在西北政法學(xué)院任教,先后任西北政法學(xué)院法理教研室副主任,法學(xué)研究所副所長、所長,西北政法學(xué)院學(xué)術(shù)委員會副主席。2004年7月至2013年1月任華南理工大學(xué)法學(xué)院、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)學(xué)院院長�，F(xiàn)任華南理工大學(xué)廣東地方法制研究中心主任、教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,兼任中國政法大學(xué)、廈門大學(xué)法學(xué)理論專業(yè)博士生導(dǎo)師,中國法理學(xué)研究會副會長,教育部法學(xué)學(xué)科教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會委員,廣東省法學(xué)類專業(yè)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會主任委員,廣東省法學(xué)會副會長,廣東省法理學(xué)研究會會長,廣州市知識產(chǎn)權(quán)研究會理事長,是廣東省學(xué)位委員會法學(xué)學(xué)科評議組成員,第八屆廣東省政協(xié)委員,第十三、十四屆廣州市人大代表,廣州市應(yīng)急管理專家組副組長,廣州市人民政府咨詢專家,廣州市人大立法顧問。
[Abstract]:Zheng GE Hongyi, male, born in Ninghai, Zhejiang Province, February 1960. Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Northwest University of political Science and Law in 1984. Graduate student graduated from Northwest University of political Science and Law in 1987, majoring in legal theory,Master of Law degree. In 2002, he obtained the Doctor of Law degree from Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. From 1987 to June 2004, he taught in Northwest Institute of political Science and Law. He served as Deputy Director of legal Science and Research Department of Northwest Institute of political Science and Law, and Deputy Director and Director of the Institute of Law,Vice Chairman of the academic Committee of Northwest Institute of political Science and Law. From July 2004 to January 2013, he served as Dean of intellectual property School, School of Law, South China University of Technology.He is currently the director, professor and supervisor of the Guangdong Local legal system Research Center of South China University of Science and Technology. He is also the doctoral supervisor of China University of political Science and Law, Xiamen University, and vice president of China Jurisprudence Research Association.Member of the Law Teaching steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, Chairman of the Guangdong Law Specialty Teaching steering Committee, Vice President of the Guangdong Law Society, Chairman of the Guangdong Jurisprudence Research Association, Chairman of the Guangzhou intellectual property Research Association,He is a member of the Law Evaluation Group of the Guangdong degree Committee, a member of the eighth Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese people's political Consultative Conference, a deputy to the 13th and 14th Guangzhou Municipal people's Congress, a deputy head of the Guangzhou Emergency Management expert Group, and an advisory expert of the Guangzhou Municipal people's Government.Legislative adviser of Guangzhou Municipal people's Congress.
