【摘要】：以G省W村村民土地維權(quán)事件為例,分析社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型中農(nóng)民抗?fàn)幷蔚男袆?dòng)邏輯。隨著農(nóng)民土地維權(quán)意識的日益覺醒,當(dāng)農(nóng)民集體土地權(quán)益受到嚴(yán)重侵害、村委會(huì)組織陷入癱瘓后,代表W村村民利益的自組織臨時(shí)理事會(huì)利用社區(qū)傳統(tǒng)中的宗族結(jié)構(gòu),展現(xiàn)出了強(qiáng)大的集體動(dòng)員能力,并通過嫻熟的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和新媒體技術(shù)操作以及恰當(dāng)?shù)脑捳Z表述,依法依理與代表國家權(quán)力的政府部門在維穩(wěn)框架下展開了博弈,最終促成了事件的順利解決。從W村農(nóng)民抗?fàn)幇咐傻玫饺缦锣l(xiāng)村治理啟示:必須實(shí)施真正意義上的村民自治;群體事件中的壓制性治理模式亟待變革;應(yīng)發(fā)揮民間自組織的協(xié)同管理作用。
[Abstract]:Taking the incident of land rights protection of villagers in W village of G province as an example, this paper analyzes the action logic of farmers' struggle against politics in the process of social transformation. With the increasing awakening of farmers' awareness of land rights protection, when the collective land rights and interests of farmers are seriously infringed and the organization of village committees is paralyzed, the interim self-organizing council, which represents the interests of villagers in W village, makes use of the clan structure in the tradition of the community to show strong collective mobilization ability, and through skilled Internet and new media technical operation and appropriate discourse expression, In accordance with the law and the government departments representing the state power, the game was launched under the framework of maintaining stability, which finally contributed to the smooth settlement of the incident. From the case of farmers' struggle in W village, we can get the following enlightenment from rural governance: the real sense of villagers' autonomy must be implemented; the repressive governance model in group events needs to be changed urgently; and the coordinated management role of private self-organization should be brought into play.
