【摘要】：當(dāng)前,與印文鑒定相關(guān)的并在鑒定實(shí)踐中經(jīng)常遇到的新問題和難點(diǎn)問題有高仿真印文的鑒定、變造印章問題、利用真實(shí)印文變造文件、同版印章印文、朱墨時(shí)序等,本文就高仿真印文的鑒定進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)闡述,介紹了各種高仿真印文,包括各種高仿真印章的蓋印印文、復(fù)制印文、轉(zhuǎn)印印文的偽造手段及其特點(diǎn),并提出了高仿真印文的鑒定思路和要點(diǎn)。
