【摘要】：從公安消防部隊對滅火救援重點單位管理的實際現狀出發(fā),通過對國內外重大危險源和消防重大危險源概念、界定標準和基本分類方法的研究,提出了數字化滅火救援類型預案的詳細分類,并對滅火救援預案構架、論證、審批、授權等機制進行了論述,對指導公安消防部隊推進戰(zhàn)訓改革和滅火救援預案工作的改進具有現實指導意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the actual situation of the management of key units of fire fighting and rescue by the public security fire fighting forces, and through the study of the concepts of major hazards and major fire hazards at home and abroad, the standards and basic classification methods are defined. This paper puts forward the detailed classification of the digital fire fighting and rescue type plan, and discusses the framework, demonstration, examination and approval, authorization and other mechanisms of the fire extinguishing and rescue plan. It is of practical guiding significance to guide the public security fire fighting troops to promote the reform of war training and to improve the fire fighting and rescue plan.
