公交消防安全防護(hù)系統(tǒng)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度分析

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,公交客運(yùn)車輛的長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和超負(fù)荷運(yùn)行,使得公交客運(yùn)運(yùn)輸?shù)陌踩珕?wèn)題越來(lái)越突出,安全的公交系統(tǒng)的研制迫在眉睫。以往的研發(fā)流程已經(jīng)不能滿足需要,急需運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目管理方法來(lái)提高項(xiàng)目管理效率、進(jìn)度控制等方面的能力。 本文以成都公交消防防護(hù)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其進(jìn)行時(shí)間進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制與控制過(guò)程及方法的研究和梳理,圍繞目標(biāo)工期的要求,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行工作分解、邏輯分析。再以里程碑計(jì)劃為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用Project項(xiàng)目管理軟件編制進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。在項(xiàng)目中,需要協(xié)調(diào)各種影響因素之間的關(guān)系,應(yīng)用各種可行方法和措施,在兼顧安全、質(zhì)量控制目標(biāo)的同時(shí),努力達(dá)成進(jìn)度計(jì)劃目標(biāo),保障進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 消防防護(hù)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目有很強(qiáng)的應(yīng)急性和不可預(yù)見(jiàn)性,總是會(huì)有影響開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)度的因素出現(xiàn),使得進(jìn)度很難按照既定計(jì)劃執(zhí)行?刹捎肞DCA循環(huán)法對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和跟蹤,可以及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)計(jì)劃與實(shí)際的偏差,根據(jù)不同的情況采取不同的控制措施,并對(duì)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃作出及時(shí)地調(diào)整與更新,可以使項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度得到有效控制與管理。本文對(duì)公交消防防護(hù)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的分析,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),將為后續(xù)類似系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制提供可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the long-term operation and overloading of public transport vehicles, the safety problem of public transport becomes more and more prominent, and the development of a safe public transportation system is urgent. The past R & D process can no longer meet the needs. It is urgent to use advanced project management methods to improve the efficiency of project management, progress control and other aspects of the ability. In this paper, Chengdu bus fire protection system development project as the object of study, the time schedule planning and control process and methods are studied and combed, focusing on the requirements of the target time limit, the project work decomposition, logical analysis. Then on the basis of milestone plan, use Project project management software to prepare progress plan. In the project, it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between the various influencing factors, apply all kinds of feasible methods and measures, while taking into account the goals of safety and quality control, strive to achieve the goal of schedule plan and guarantee the realization of schedule plan. Fire protection system development project has strong emergency and unpredictable, always has the factor that affects the development progress, makes the progress difficult to carry out according to the plan. The dynamic monitoring and tracking of the project can be carried out by the PDCA circulation method. The deviation between the plan and the actual project can be found in time, different control measures can be taken according to different circumstances, and the schedule can be adjusted and updated in a timely manner. Project progress can be effectively controlled and managed. This paper analyzes the schedule plan of the public transportation fire protection system development project, and summarizes the experience, which will provide some useful experience for the follow-up similar system development project schedule control.
