【摘要】： 當(dāng)今世界正醞釀著重大的結(jié)構(gòu)性變化。由于信息技術(shù)的推動(dòng),舊的體制和格局正在以信息為導(dǎo)向進(jìn)行重新組合,正在形成國際社會(huì)信息化也即全球信息化的新浪潮。 在信息化的影響下,安全領(lǐng)域在不斷擴(kuò)大和細(xì)化,國家政治安全的范疇進(jìn)一步拓展。信息化在為我國政治安全帶來機(jī)遇的同時(shí),也提出了嚴(yán)重挑戰(zhàn):“信息主權(quán)”成為國家主權(quán)的重要內(nèi)容;利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行西方意識(shí)形態(tài)滲透日益加劇;民族分裂、極端宗教和網(wǎng)絡(luò)恐怖主義活動(dòng)猖獗,嚴(yán)重影響了我國政治秩序穩(wěn)定;“信息邊疆”安全成為國土安全的新內(nèi)容。 我國作為當(dāng)今世界最大的社會(huì)主義國家,在面臨各種國際壓力和挑戰(zhàn)的情況下,更有必要高度重視國家的政治安全問題。要客觀的分析、研究各種威脅因素,了解其產(chǎn)生的根源、表現(xiàn)形式、發(fā)展趨勢,吸收借鑒其他國家積極有效的做法,制定科學(xué)的政治安全戰(zhàn)略,從容應(yīng)對(duì)各種壓力和挑戰(zhàn),把維護(hù)國家的政治安全擺在突出重要的位置。當(dāng)前,維護(hù)好國家政治安全,必須強(qiáng)化信息安全、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全意識(shí),樹立信息時(shí)代新的綜合安全觀:要大力發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì),提高科學(xué)技術(shù)水平,加快我國信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化建設(shè)步伐,努力構(gòu)筑信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的技術(shù)屏障;積極參與多邊合作,尋求維護(hù)我國政治安全利益新途徑。
