【摘要】：正2001年修改后的檢察官法提高了檢察官任職條件,確立了初任檢察官必須通過國家統(tǒng)一司法考試的制度,對進一步加強檢察官隊伍建設(shè),保障公正執(zhí)法,推進依法治國,必將發(fā)揮重要作用。但是,由于當(dāng)前司法考試制度設(shè)計的法律(法學(xué))專業(yè)單一化以及檢察人員分類改革工作的滯后,檢察官準入的"門檻"已經(jīng)在一定程度上制約了反貪污賄賂等職務(wù)犯
[Abstract]:As amended in 2001, the Public Prosecutor's Law improved the conditions for procurators to hold office, established the system that first-time procurators must pass the national unified judicial examination, and further strengthened the building of the procurators' ranks, guaranteed fair law enforcement, and promoted the rule of law. It will certainly play an important role. However, due to the simplification of the legal (legal) specialty designed by the current judicial examination system and the lag in the reform of the classification of procurators, the "threshold" of public procurators' admission has to some extent restricted professional criminals such as anti-corruption and bribery.
