【摘要】：未成年人犯罪的個(gè)體因素主要是指未成年人的生理和心理因素。心理因素是指對(duì)未成年人犯罪行為能發(fā)生直接影響或與其他因素發(fā)生交互影響而促成未成年人犯罪行為的心理變項(xiàng),諸如人格特質(zhì)、自我概念、心理需求、情緒、壓力、生活適應(yīng)、智力等因素,生理因素是指未成年人的身體健康情形。健康的身體以及愉快的生活,使未成年人偏差及犯罪的可能性就會(huì)降低;抑郁性、焦慮、自卑、不安、自制力、攻擊性等人格特質(zhì)使未成年人偏差及犯罪的可能性增大;自我概念與自我認(rèn)同低會(huì)增大未成年人偏差與犯罪的可能性;情緒穩(wěn)定性低、自我控制力差會(huì)增大未成年人偏差與犯罪的可能性。個(gè)體因素是未成年人犯罪各因素的核心,其他(家庭/學(xué)校/同輩群體/社會(huì))因素相互作用,并與未成年人的個(gè)體因素發(fā)生交互作用。
[Abstract]:The individual factors of juvenile delinquency mainly refer to the physiological and psychological factors of minors. Psychological factors refer to the psychological variables that can directly affect or interact with other factors in juvenile delinquency, such as personality traits, self-concept, psychological needs, emotions and pressures. Life adaptation, intelligence and other factors, physiological factors refer to the physical health of minors. The possibility of minor deviation and crime will be reduced by healthy body and happy life, depression, anxiety, inferiority complex, uneasiness, self-control, aggression and other personality traits will increase the possibility of juvenile deviation and crime, such as depression, anxiety, inferiority, uneasiness, self-control, aggression, etc. The low self-concept and self-identity will increase the possibility of juvenile deviation and crime, and the low emotional stability will increase the possibility of juvenile deviation and crime. Individual factors are the core of all factors of juvenile delinquency and other factors (family / school / peer group / society) interact and interact with individual factors of minors.
