【摘要】：對于犯罪與文化關(guān)系的解讀,研究視角的選擇頗為重要。在體察以往研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文認(rèn)為文化的規(guī)范性是犯罪與文化關(guān)系研究的連接點(diǎn)和研究視角。在犯罪學(xué)和文化學(xué)的跨學(xué)科研究場域中,以此為視角,通過探討文化規(guī)范性的本質(zhì)與意義,進(jìn)而重新梳理犯罪與文化的關(guān)系,前瞻犯罪與文化關(guān)系研究的發(fā)展趨勢,試圖推進(jìn)犯罪文化學(xué)在我國的形成。
[Abstract]:For the interpretation of the relationship between crime and culture, the choice of perspective is quite important. On the basis of previous studies, this paper holds that the standardization of culture is the connection point and perspective of the study of the relationship between crime and culture. In the field of interdisciplinary research of criminology and culturology, this paper discusses the essence and significance of cultural norms from this perspective, and then reorganizes the relationship between crime and culture, and looks forward to the development trend of the research on the relationship between crime and culture. Try to promote the formation of criminal culturology in our country.
