【摘要】：隨著時代的飛速發(fā)展,警察的職業(yè)角色定位也需要隨之發(fā)生相應的轉變,對警察職業(yè)素質及能力的培養(yǎng)與提高提出了新的更高要求,現(xiàn)階段這已經成為公安機關的一個緊迫且重要的任務。本文從時代對警察素質的要求出發(fā),分析警察職業(yè)素質培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀及問題,并就培養(yǎng)與提高警察職業(yè)素質提出行之有效的對策,期待能夠為當前我國警察職業(yè)素質培養(yǎng)的改革提供有價值的參考,以服務政府決策,服務警務實戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the times, the professional role orientation of the police also needs to be changed accordingly, which puts forward new and higher requirements for the training and improvement of the professional quality and ability of the police. At present, this has become an urgent and important task for public security organs. Starting from the requirements of the times for the quality of the police, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the training of the professional qualities of the police, and puts forward some effective countermeasures for the cultivation and improvement of the professional qualities of the police. It is expected that it can provide valuable reference for the reform of police professional quality training in our country, so as to serve the government decision-making and serve the actual combat of police service.
