【摘要】：為實(shí)現(xiàn)電信詐騙案件的智能分析和處理,提出一種基于本體的電信詐騙分析知識(shí)庫(kù)模型。通過(guò)對(duì)各種電信詐騙案件的分析,歸納出此類案件的主要實(shí)施手段和特點(diǎn);利用知識(shí)庫(kù)和知識(shí)模型等相關(guān)理論及方法,定義電信詐騙案件的形式化表示,包括對(duì)案件4個(gè)要素的形式化描述;結(jié)合本體論,利用知識(shí)共享工具本體,構(gòu)建一個(gè)基于本體的可共享、可擴(kuò)展的電信詐騙案件分析知識(shí)庫(kù)模型。通過(guò)一個(gè)電信詐騙案件的實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證了該模型在電信詐騙案件分析應(yīng)用中的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the intelligent analysis and processing of telecom fraud cases, an ontology based telecom fraud analysis knowledge base model is proposed. Through the analysis of various telecom fraud cases, the main implementation methods and characteristics of such cases are summed up, and the formal representation of telecom fraud cases is defined by using knowledge base and knowledge model and other relevant theories and methods. It includes formal description of the four elements of the case, combining ontology, using knowledge sharing tool ontology, to construct an ontology based shared and extensible knowledge base model for telecom fraud case analysis. The effectiveness of this model in the analysis of telecom fraud cases is verified by an example of telecom fraud cases.
