【摘要】：在我國(guó)快速城市化的背景下,整個(gè)社會(huì)正經(jīng)歷深刻變革,職務(wù)犯罪手段和形態(tài)也隨之發(fā)生變化。貪利犯罪數(shù)額巨大,瀆職犯罪危害嚴(yán)重,且呈現(xiàn)出與城市開(kāi)發(fā)同質(zhì)的特點(diǎn)。從我國(guó)城市化基本情況和城市化進(jìn)程的職務(wù)犯罪狀態(tài)來(lái)看,應(yīng)當(dāng)堅(jiān)持標(biāo)本兼治,積極探索符合城市化建設(shè)實(shí)際情況和職務(wù)犯罪特點(diǎn)的多渠道、多層次的犯罪控制機(jī)制,走內(nèi)涵式增長(zhǎng)的城市化建設(shè)之路,用法治思維和法治方式控制城市化進(jìn)程中的職務(wù)犯罪。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid urbanization in China, the whole society is undergoing profound changes, and the means and forms of job-related crimes have also changed. The crime of corruption is huge, the crime of dereliction of duty is serious, and it has the same characteristics as urban development. Judging from the basic situation of urbanization in China and the status of duty crime in the process of urbanization, we should persist in tackling both the symptoms and the root causes, and actively explore multi-channel and multi-level crime control mechanisms that accord with the actual situation of urbanization construction and the characteristics of job-related crimes. Taking the road of the urbanization construction of the implicit growth, controlling the duty crime in the urbanization process with the rule of law thinking and the rule of law way.
