中國人脛骨的性別判定

【摘要】: 目的:建立中國人脛骨性別判定的方程。骨骼性別判定是法醫(yī)人類學的重要研究內容。 方法:測量來自全國14省區(qū)的已知生前確切性別的180具(男150具,女30具)個體的雙側脛骨的13項指標,使用統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS13.0,對所獲得的測量數(shù)據(jù),進行同一性別雙側間以及不同性別同側間脛骨測量項目的t檢驗,最后用Fisher判別分析法,建立國人脛骨性別判定的方程式。 結果:建立單一測量指標的性別判別方程13組,其性別判別準確率為66.7%~96.7%;建立總判別方程,判別準確率為男性97.3%,女性93.3%;綜合判別準確率為96.7。 結論:本研究提供的判別方程式判別準確率較高,適用于中國人脛骨的性別判定。多個測量指標的性別判別價值明顯高于單一指標,且判別率隨指標項目數(shù)的增多而增高。脛骨的單指標和多指標函數(shù)判別式可用于國人的性別判定,多指標函數(shù)判別式更具應用價值。盡管單一測量指標難以得到較高的判別準確率,但是可以用于脛骨破損情況下的性別判定。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the equation of tibia sex determination in Chinese. Skeletal sex determination is an important research content in forensic anthropology. Methods: thirteen indexes of bilateral tibia were measured in 180 individuals (150 males and 30 females) with known antemormal sex from 14 provinces and regions of China. The measured data were analyzed by SPSS13.0, software. T test of tibia measurement items between two sides of the same sex and the same side of the same sex was carried out. Finally, the equation of determining the tibia sex of Chinese was established by using Fisher discriminant analysis. Results: 13 groups of sex discriminant equation with single measurement index were established, the accuracy of sex discrimination was 66.7and 96.7.The total discriminant equation was established, the accuracy rate of discrimination was 97.3 for males and 93.3for females, and 96.7for comprehensive discrimination. Conclusion: the discriminant equation provided in this study has high accuracy and is suitable for sex determination of tibia in Chinese. The sex discriminant value of multiple measurement indexes was obviously higher than that of a single index, and the discriminant rate increased with the increase of the number of items. The single index and multi-index function discriminant of tibia can be used to judge the sex of Chinese people, and the multi-index function discriminant is more valuable. Although it is difficult to obtain high accuracy of single measurement, it can be used to judge the sex of tibia.
