【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展和司法制度改革,未成年人的司法矯正工作不再只是司法機(jī)關(guān)的任務(wù),司法社會(huì)工作的介入為矯正工作注入了一股新鮮的血液。本文是關(guān)于未成年人參加司法矯正意愿改變的社會(huì)工作介入研究。筆者運(yùn)用質(zhì)性研究方法,對(duì)未成年人司法矯正服務(wù)中案主的自愿性影響因素、表現(xiàn)及改變過程進(jìn)行探索,希望在理論上能夠構(gòu)建社會(huì)工作中非自愿服務(wù)對(duì)象的改變模式;在實(shí)務(wù)中,能為一線社會(huì)工作者提供使非自愿案主向自愿參加服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)變的策略。本文選取的研究對(duì)象是4名接受司法矯正服務(wù)的未成年非自愿服務(wù)對(duì)象,通過對(duì)他們進(jìn)行深度訪談和個(gè)案研究,利用短期焦點(diǎn)解決治療方法,將問題聚焦于他們?cè)诮邮芊⻊?wù)的各個(gè)階段,從非自愿轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樽栽傅倪^程。本研究的主要結(jié)論如下:1、案主參與司法矯正的意愿存在推力和拉力的"較量",影響了其參與司法矯正的動(dòng)機(jī)強(qiáng)弱。通過推力轉(zhuǎn)化、拉力構(gòu)建,形成司法矯正中的合力,可以使服務(wù)對(duì)象完成從非自愿到自愿的轉(zhuǎn)變;2、焦點(diǎn)解決短期治療方法作用于服務(wù)對(duì)象的過程中,應(yīng)始終堅(jiān)持正向眼光看待案主、堅(jiān)持問題解決導(dǎo)向;3、服務(wù)對(duì)象由非自愿到自愿轉(zhuǎn)變的"四部曲"為接受專業(yè)角色、察覺并接受自身問題、發(fā)現(xiàn)專業(yè)協(xié)助的必要性、主動(dòng)尋求協(xié)助。
[Abstract]:With the development of the society and the reform of the judicial system, the judicial correction of minors is no longer just the task of the judicial organs. The intervention of the judicial and social work injects a new blood into the correction work. This article is about the minor participation judicial correction will change the social work intervention research. The author uses the qualitative research method to explore the voluntary influencing factors, performance and changing process of the victim in the juvenile judicial correction service, hoping to construct the changing mode of the involuntary service object in the social work theoretically. In practice, it can provide the first-line social workers with the strategy of changing involuntary victim to voluntary participation. The research object of this paper is four minor involuntary service subjects who received judicial correction services. Through in-depth interviews and case studies, we use short-term focus to solve the treatment method. Focus the problem on the process from involuntary to voluntary at all stages of their service. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The will of the victim to participate in judicial correction has a "contest" of thrust and pull, which affects his motivation to participate in judicial correction. Through the transformation of thrust, the construction of pull force and the formation of resultant force in judicial correction, the service object can complete the transition from involuntary to voluntary, and focus on solving the short-term treatment method acting on the process of serving object. We should always keep a positive view on the case owner, insist on the guidance of problem solving, and the "quadruple" of the object of service from involuntary to voluntary change to accept the professional role, detect and accept their own problems, and discover the necessity of professional assistance.
