【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,面對全面建成小康社會的現(xiàn)實需要、信息化發(fā)展趨勢的客觀要求以及西方國家惡意的網(wǎng)絡意識形態(tài)滲透的現(xiàn)實背景,習近平總書記以建設網(wǎng)絡強國為支點,把服務人民為中心作為主線,呈現(xiàn)國家、企業(yè)、網(wǎng)民三個主體聯(lián)動發(fā)展的治理模式,即形成了點、線、面綜合立體的網(wǎng)絡安全治理思想。這種順應時代發(fā)展趨勢的網(wǎng)絡安全治理思想,有利于全面貫徹落實總體國家安全觀,有利于進一步凈化網(wǎng)絡空間,有利于構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡空間命運共同體,符合人民切身利益,對實現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會和實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興的中國夢有重大現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, in the face of the realistic needs of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the objective requirements of the development trend of information technology and the realistic background of malicious network ideology infiltration in western countries, General Secretary Xi Jinping has taken the construction of a network power as the fulcrum. Taking serving the people as the main line, presenting the governance mode of the three main bodies of the country, enterprise and Internet users, that is, forming the network security governance thought of the integration of point, line and face. This idea of network security governance, which conforms to the development trend of the times, is conducive to the comprehensive implementation of the overall national security concept, the further purification of cyberspace, the building of a cyberspace destiny community, and the vital interests of the people. It is of great practical significance to realize the building of a well-off society in an all-round way and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
