新媒體時(shí)代下應(yīng)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)突發(fā)群體性事件研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新技術(shù)的蓬勃發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的傳播特點(diǎn)使之成為公眾了解信息、表達(dá)意見的天然平臺(tái)。近年來,網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件呈明顯上升態(tài)勢,而與高校相關(guān)的公共事件也是網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的一大熱點(diǎn)。隨著學(xué)生介入網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的增多,網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的應(yīng)對不當(dāng)無疑會(huì)對高校的社會(huì)形象產(chǎn)生消極影響,甚至可能事態(tài)蔓延,引發(fā)社會(huì)群體性事件。面對高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件,分析其生成機(jī)制以及研究如何引導(dǎo)應(yīng)對,是高校在新媒體時(shí)代下必須迎接的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and wide application of new Internet technology, the characteristics of Internet communication make it a natural platform for public understanding of information and expressing opinions. In recent years, the network mass events have been obviously rising, and public events related to colleges and universities are also a hot topic in the network public opinion. More and more, the improper response to the network mass events will undoubtedly have a negative impact on the social image of colleges and universities, and may even spread and cause social group events. It is the challenge that the university must meet in the new media era to face the group events of the university network, analyze its generating mechanism and study how to guide the response.
