【摘要】：介紹了我國目前消防部隊的組成現(xiàn)狀,提出了以城市類別建立不同基準值,以萬人擁有消防人員數(shù)量為指標,建立城市萬人擁有消防人員指數(shù),用以對比全國各城市消防部隊人員的發(fā)展情況。該指數(shù)的建立有助于完善我國消防隊伍體系建設,以增強城市消防應急能力。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the present situation of the composition of the fire fighting troops in our country, and puts forward the establishment of the index of the number of firefighters owned by ten thousand people based on the different datum values of the city category and the number of firefighters owned by the ten thousand people as the index. Used to compare the development of fire troops in cities across the country. The establishment of the index is helpful to improve the construction of fire protection team system in China and to enhance the ability of urban fire emergency response.
