【摘要】：正 為促進(jìn)看守所嚴(yán)格執(zhí)法、文明管理,由最高人民檢察院和公安部聯(lián)合開展的全國(guó)看守所監(jiān)管執(zhí)法專項(xiàng)檢查活動(dòng)將于今年4月20日至9月30日進(jìn)行。此次專項(xiàng)檢查活動(dòng)要求,按照新形勢(shì)、新任務(wù)對(duì)看守所工作提出的新要求,緊緊圍繞黨和國(guó)家工作大局,有效解決看守所和駐所檢察室在監(jiān)管執(zhí)法、法律監(jiān)督等方面存在的突出問(wèn)題,切實(shí)提高依法履行職責(zé)的能力和水平,維護(hù)看守所安全。
[Abstract]:In order to promote strict law enforcement and civilized management in detention centers, a nationwide special inspection on supervision and enforcement of detention centers will be conducted from 20 April to 30 September this year, jointly carried out by the Supreme people's Procuratorate and the Ministry of Public Security. According to the new situation and new tasks, the new requirements for the work of detention centers should be closely related to the overall situation of party and state work, and effectively solve the problem of supervision and enforcement of the law by the detention centers and procuratorial offices stationed in the detention centers, according to the requirements of the special inspection activities. Legal supervision and other outstanding problems, effectively improve the ability and level of performing duties in accordance with the law, and maintain the security of detention facilities.
