【摘要】：隨著恐怖主義日趨猖獗,反恐融資凸顯其艱巨性和重要性。本文闡述了恐怖主義融資與洗錢的關(guān)系,強(qiáng)調(diào)了反恐融資在反洗錢工作中的重要性與特殊性;在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步論述了恐怖主義融資的方法,為切斷恐怖主義的資金鏈作了起始點(diǎn)的分析,對(duì)公安機(jī)關(guān)打擊恐怖主義融資提出相應(yīng)建議。
[Abstract]:With terrorism rampant day by day, the financing of anti-terrorism highlights its arduousness and importance. This paper expounds the relationship between the financing of terrorism and money laundering, emphasizes the importance and particularity of the financing of terrorism in the work of anti-money laundering, and further discusses the methods of financing of terrorism. In order to cut off the financing chain of terrorism, this paper makes an analysis of the starting point, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for the public security organs to combat the financing of terrorism.
