【摘要】：正在日常檢案過程中,一般采用Chelex-100法或苯酚/氯仿法提取指甲DNA。Chelex-100法提取的DNA模板有時存在著較多擴增抑制物,需進一步純化。苯酚/氯仿法雖可以得到質(zhì)量較好的DNA模板,但在提取過程中需要多步離心,有可能使DNA樣品
[Abstract]:In the course of daily examination, the DNA template extracted by Chelex-100 method or phenol / chloroform method sometimes has more amplification inhibitors, which need to be further purified. Although good quality DNA template can be obtained by phenol / chloroform method, multi-step centrifugation is needed in the extraction process, which may make DNA sample.
