【摘要】：在市場經(jīng)濟關于勞動要素自由流動的內(nèi)在要求下,對流動人口實行居住證管理既是我國戶籍制度的一項重大進步,也是現(xiàn)階段我國大城市的一種現(xiàn)實選擇。但居住證的功能應符合我國經(jīng)濟不斷發(fā)展和社會不斷進步的需要。
[Abstract]:Under the inherent requirement of free movement of labor elements in the market economy, the management of residence permit for floating population is not only a great progress of the household registration system of our country, but also a realistic choice of our country's big cities at the present stage. However, the function of residence permit should meet the needs of our country's economic development and social progress.
