【摘要】：全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)《關(guān)于司法鑒定管理問題的決定》實(shí)施以來(lái),民營(yíng)司法鑒定機(jī)構(gòu)得到蓬勃發(fā)展,在法院和司法行政機(jī)關(guān)不再設(shè)立司法鑒定機(jī)構(gòu),以及偵查機(jī)關(guān)的司法鑒定機(jī)構(gòu)不得面向社會(huì)的情況下,民營(yíng)機(jī)構(gòu)的出現(xiàn)具有積極意義。經(jīng)過幾年來(lái)的實(shí)踐,有的做大做強(qiáng),有的還在為生存而掙扎,民營(yíng)司法鑒定機(jī)構(gòu)面臨挑戰(zhàn)。民營(yíng)司法鑒定機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展需要關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the decision of the standing Committee of the National people's Congress on the Administration of Forensic expertise, the private judicial expertise institutions have developed vigorously and no longer set up judicial expertise institutions in the courts and judicial administrative organs. The emergence of private institutions is of positive significance under the circumstances that the forensic agencies of investigative organs are not allowed to face the society. After several years of practice, some large and strong, some still struggling for survival, private forensic institutions are facing challenges. The development of private judicial expertise institutions needs attention.
