【摘要】：基因拷貝數(shù)變異越來越被認為是個體之間在基因組序列差異上的一個重要源泉,是研究基因組進化和表型差異的一個重要因素。許多關于CNV的研究結果表明,拷貝數(shù)變異可導致不同程度的基因表達差異,對正常表型的構成及疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展具有一定作用。在總結基因拷貝數(shù)變異的認識過程和研究策略的基礎上,分析了拷貝數(shù)變異的形成和作用機制,介紹了第一代人類基因組拷貝數(shù)變異圖譜,闡述了拷貝數(shù)變異研究的法醫(yī)學意義,提示在探索疾病相關及法醫(yī)學個體識別的遺傳變異時不能錯失拷貝數(shù)變異這一基因組多樣性的新形式。
[Abstract]:Gene copy number variation is increasingly regarded as an important source of genomic sequence differences among individuals and an important factor in the study of genomic evolution and phenotypic differences. Many studies on CNV show that copy number variation can lead to different degrees of gene expression, and play a role in the formation of normal phenotypes and the occurrence and development of disease. On the basis of summarizing the cognition process and research strategy of copy number variation, the formation and mechanism of copy number variation are analyzed, and the first generation copy number variation map of human genome is introduced. The significance of copy number variation in forensic science is expounded. It is suggested that the new form of copy number variation should not be missed in exploring the genetic variation related to disease and individual identification in forensic medicine.
